品牌项目“众创空间”是大学生科研成果创业孵化的载体，办公面积2300平方米，累计孵化80个项目或企业，获融资逾4500万。目前在孵的企业和项目24个，含复旦、交大、清华、同济、海外归国团队。

Makerspace is our branding project for incubating of college students' scientific research achievements. This project provides an office area of 2300 square meters, has already incubated 80 projects and enterprises, and obtained more than 45 million funding so far. There are 24 projects and enterprises in the Space now, run by enterprise founders not only from leading Chinese university, such as Fudan, Shanghai Jiaotong, Tsinghua, Tongji, but also back from overseas.
